Online Event | Water: An Indigenous Perspective

March 18, 2023 March 24, 2023 UTC-8

It is important for the world to consider Indigenous world views in relation to water. We invite you to listen.

‘Water: An Indigenous Perspective’ is a Fireside Chat between Havasupai, Tewa and Hopi Elder Mona Polacca and Karenna Gore from the Center for Earth Ethics. This dialogue co-sponsored by the United Confederation of Taíno People, the NGO Committee on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the Climate Heritage Network lifts the voice of Indigenous Peoples with an inter-generational legacy of knowledge to protect and care for nature’s clean water sources.

Available to Stream during NY Water Week, March 18 – 24, with a special stream on Tuesday evening, March 21 at 7 p.m. (New York time) on our website and social media platforms.
