Alisha Madkins
Field Education Intern
Alisha Madkins (she/they) is a field education intern at Center for Earth Ethics. A native to Texas, Alisha has spent the last 15 years on the East Coast working in luxury sales before making the shift to seminary at Union Theological Seminary where she is pursuing a Master of Divinity.
Alisha is the executive director for (R)evolution Earth, an environmental justice movement that unpacks historically oppressive structures and systems that perpetuate environmental racism. The movement seeks to reduce human-centered thinking and allow for a relational understanding of our interconnectivity to one another through three areas of movement: awareness and education, Earth-centered spiritual care, and community street team advocacy.
In their free time Alisha enjoys volunteering, traveling, working out, hiking, camping and playing with her dog!
